Whatto, Ruby, & Maximilian

Left to right : Whatto, Ruby, and Maximilian are from the same family. They came to Rainbow Bridge on 11/01/2013, 04/01/2013, and 01/22/2024, respectively.

My Dad got Whatto about a month after my Mom passed away. We think part of her spirit was in him because he chose my Dad. He stuck his paw out of the cage and tapped him. Whatto was the most quiet boy ever. He never talked. But he loved my Dad, my sister and I.

Ruby was a sweet, loving girl who chirped when she talked. She loved belly rubs but hated to be brushed. If you sang to her, she would chirp back and purr really loudly. She antagonized her brother Maximilian and the two would chase each other around the house! I know he missed her when she left us.

Max was my best friend and he passed away suddenly and without warning. It was such a a shock! He was funny, talkative, silly and loyal. I love him so much and he will always be my family!
