Kayla & Henri
🐾
Kayla was a feral cat and very small in weight. She just appeared in my backyard one day so I bought her some food and she decided to stay. Later, when the rain would start, I would set-up an umbrella for her and she would be like Mary Poppins sitting under it. As the years progressed she brought Henri another feral cat by for food as well. Kayla was kind spirited sharing with Henri. Kayla had a few great dances, she did the bunny hop out the door which Henri learned, always with so much joy to greet the day—She also did the ghost kitty dance and Henri would play along as if a ghost predator was chasing them around the yard and they would often practice on windy days. Kayla was the epitome of kindness always every day with no exception.
Henri was a feral cat that showed up at my house when my cat Kayla brought him over day by day. He became My CAT when he was attacked by an opossum and his foot was infected and I rushed him to the vet. His adventures included time with other wild animals raccoons, deer, and the wild fox that he outsmarted and saved his life by not running from and we must not forget the skunks. His time away from all the fun was on the roof of the house sleeping by the chimney and jumping down to the apple tree branch to get down. He later became a good house cat at night but really you can't make a feral cat ever enjoy the indoors as much as the outdoors. Henri was proud of himself, was not a boy but a MAN and held down the house with the kindness you would hope all folks would have each day.
